Class description: Let’s get All Keyed Up and EXCITED to explore the keyboard and piano! Musical learning is creative, expressive and fun at Kindermusik w/ Kathy & Friends! Children learn music theory, use music notation to read and play keyboard, xylophones, glockenspiels, a variety of instruments, participate in group ensembles, sing, and move/dance while developing problem-solving and literacy skills.
*There is a piano folder with at-home activities, games and sheet music to play with as a family. Practice tutorial videos emailed weekly. Class limited to 4-5 students.
Class music theme: Piano Level 2 (Piano & Dulcimer, +Sing, Dance, Drum)
All Keyed UP! - Dancing fingers, hands, voices and bodies Come Alive and Get Moving! Budding young musicians explore, create and thrive!
Note: Children bring their piano folder and a water bottle
All Together Now -singing, dancing, drumming, playing the keys with friends outside in nature, on the grass and under the shady trees. How exciting to share the JOY and FUN-damentals of Music, Singing, Creative Movement and Instruments with you and your child!
